Grow Your Business

Business Coaching is about helping business owners improve performance, profits and productivity both internally and externally for their business model. It is amazing to see how a business can be impacted or turned around by a few simple business coaching strategies. At Small Business Master Coaching, we do exactly that – we support small to medium businesses with the right tools, resources and strategies to allow them to improve the 3 x P’s – Performance, Profits and Productivity.

A friend of mine runs a very successful charity organization – she was sharing with me the other day that this year is the first year in almost a decade that they have ever had strategy plans for each of the departments in their organization. She was excited by the prospect of this year being the best year yet, because of this simple but effective tool of knowing their outcomes in advance.

Many small businesses and small business owners fail to achieve their true potential, grow the business, and make massive profits, all because they fail to know their outcome in advance. To help make this your best year yet, consider the following business coaching questions and take 5 to 10 minutes to answer them and checkout how they relate to your specific business model and industry.

Answer the following:

  • What do you want to achieve this year in your business?
  • What do you want your business to achieve?
  • What is the return on investment both financially and socially for the business this year?
  • How much income do you want your business to bring in?
  • What is your goal turnover for the current financial year?
  • How much bad debt will you decrease this year? How will you do that?
  • What are your goal profits at the end of financial year?
  • How many referrals do you want to receive?
  • What are some of your larger expenses? Where can you save on these expenses?
  • How much new business would you like this year? When does new business come from? How much does the new business cost to your business?
  • How much money is going to be invested in marketing, branding and advertising?
  • Do you need to improve upon some of your business systems? What systems need improving? Where and when will you improve them?
  • On a personal level, how many hours per week do you want to work, what shifts do you want to work, how many holidays do you want this year and what would you like to do outside of your business this year?

Once you can honestly and thoughtfully answer the above questions about you and your business, you can start to create a blue print for a strategic plan on how you can move your business forward this year. A business is a living entity – it can grow or it can die! As a business owner or entrepreneur it is your job to keep your business growing all the time. A business that fails to grow will stagnate and then will retreat, and a business that retreats is a business that is going downhill and is soon about to shutdown sometime in the future .

Your business should be a mechanism for designing the life that you truly deserve. It should provide you with the opportunity to decide when and where you’d like to work, how you’d like to play, and how much time off and freedom you desire to have. If it is not, transform your business and your current lifestyle with coaching from www.smallbusinessmastercoaching.com

Business is always booming, for those who believe in themselves and their products and services. Take massive action today, right NOW, by developing tools and plans that will make your business less stressful and bullet proof you against your competition.
